MLSV ENGINEERS, founded by Ludwe M Mgugudo and Viwe Somdyala, has grown exponentially over the years since 2012. Each year, MLSV ENGINEERS  hires additional engineers in order to undertake more complex projects. Today, we serve a wide range of clients, who all demand excellence and innovation. Who We Are
Since 2012, MLSV ENGINEERS has been a cornerstone in the community,Â
From no start-up capital and not even a single employee in 2012, two ordinary gentlemen founded MLSV Engineers by pleading with the boss of one of the biggest Electrical consulting company into giving them a job for doing pre-marketing for one of his electrification projects and luckily he decided to give them a chance, they then went out and hired a GPS device and an old bakkie then went to site. It was in 2015 that MLSV Engineers was registered as a Civil and Electrical consulting and Contracting Company. To date MLSV Engineers is expanding very rapidly as well as gaining recognition from the industry and customers as a firm with punctuality and high technical standards.

Ludwe M Mgugudo
Is a founding member and Technical Director of the Technical Specialised Group of MLSV Engineers (Pty) Ltd. He has over 6 years of experience in the Electrical Maintenance industry, Electrification designing, project managing and has built up an enviable client base, network and reputation in the sector. He has a National N Diploma in Electrical Engineering and an Electrician installation certificate.
Viwe Somdyala
is also a founding member and Managing Director of MLSV Engineers (Pty) Ltd. V Somdyala is a dynamic organizational builder with broad exposure to corporate practice, who has been involved in the Designing of the units at Medupe Power Station, Protection department at Eskom and also at Network Services in Eskom. His extensive experiences are in Designing, Commissioning and Maintaining of Protection, Telecontrol and DC Devices in Substations, Reticulation in the Electricity Delivering Field Services for Eskom. He brings aggressive leadership and organizational building skills to the business.
Nkosinathi Ngidi
Is the head of the Electrical Design team and planning department at MLSV Engineers (Pty) Ltd. He heads our planning and design function and provides advisory in business strategy and finance. He is a professional engineer with business and financial savvy. His experience is in the Designing of Electrification designs and He has been involved in Reticulation and Sub-Transmission Planning, Overhead line designs, Underground Cable Network Designs, and Transmission Projects Management. He has intense knowledge in medical equipment maintenance, PLC’s, C++, Java and MPLAB programmes.
